These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile application Packfect (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to comply with these terms. It is strongly recommended that you read and understand them before using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification, use of trademarks, attempts to access the source code, translating the Application, or creating derivative works are strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and database rights, remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Updates and Fees

The Application is continuously improved to ensure performance and usefulness. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges at any time and will clearly notify users of any fees.

Data Security and Device Guidelines

The Application stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit your personal information to any server or third party. You are responsible for maintaining your device's security and preventing unauthorized access.

We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions may bypass operating system protections, expose your device to malware or viruses, and could cause the Application to malfunction.

Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for certain situations. Some features of the Application may require a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) to access optional content or updates. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if the Application does not function fully due to unavailable or limited network connectivity.

Using the Application outside Wi-Fi coverage may incur mobile data charges, including roaming fees. If you are not the account holder for the device, it is assumed you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application or adjust its availability according to operating system requirements. To continue using the Application, you may need to download updates.

The Service Provider does not guarantee full compatibility with all devices or OS versions, but you agree to accept updates when provided. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application and terminate usage at any time without prior notice.

Upon termination (unless otherwise notified):

1. All rights and licenses granted under these terms will end;
2. You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device if necessary.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may revise these Terms periodically. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly. Updated Terms will be posted on this page to notify users.
